It is hoped that the increased knowledge gained from this program will be applied in the work setting, thus facilitating improved quality of care to mothers and their infants. This comprehensive, two day conference is designed for OB-GYNs, neonatologists, pediatricians, physicians in family practice, & healthcare specialists involved in maternal/child/gynecological medicine.

Parking is not available at JUMP for events held during the day.

There are several parking garages within walking distance. Most of the garages do not charge for the first hour then charge $2.50 per hour with a daily maximum of $12.50.

Meal Information

This year, the Idaho Perinatal Project has again decided to "Go Healthy". As a result, all food items including breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be planned with health and nutrition in mind.

Syllabus Information

IPP is "Going Green" again this year. All presentations/handouts will be loaded on the Idaho Perinatal Project, www.idahoperinatal.org prior to the conference. You may download and print any information you would like. Notification will be given prior to the conference to advise when presentations are available for download.

Babies & Children

Babies 12 weeks and younger are welcome.

Breastfeeding Moms

Breastfeeding moms can access the family restroom on the 6th floor.

Exhibitor Information

Thank you for your decision to display at the Idaho Perinatal Project Winter Conference. We are very excited about all the great exhibitors at the conference this year.

When you arrive at JUMP, please use the service elevator at the West end the JUMP facility which faces Myrtle Street. The service elevator will open at 6:00 am. The lobby will not be open until 7:00 am. If you have a lot of items for your booth, please feel free to drive up to the service elevator area which can be accessed by turning left into the JUMP parking structure area off of Myrtle and then taking an immediate left. Please do not go up the ramp into the upper level of the parking structure. Load in will be on the ground floor. The space for driving in is very tight. Please plan on quickly parking and unloading items. Once items are out of your car, please move you car to one of the parking garages in the area. JUMP does not have onsite parking available. Staff will be available to watch you items until you return and can take them up the service elevator. Once in the elevator, please go to the 5th floor and check in at the registration table. You will then be directed to your booth.

The conference will be held Thursday, February 22 and Friday, February 23, 2018. Displays need to be set up on the morning of February 22, 2018, between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. (Attendee begin to arrive at 7:15 a.m.). If you're booth only takes a few minutes to set up, please do not feel obligated to arrive at 6:00 am. Arriving closer to 7:00 will be fine.

Due to CME regulations, door prizes cannot be awarded in the conference room or during the educational learning time. You may conduct door prizes at your booth. We can assist by listing door prize winner's names at the registration table.

Items are secured to the best of the ability of the JUMP, but neither Idaho Perinatal Project nor JUMP will be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. If you are not comfortable with leaving your items unattended overnight, please take them with you and bring them back the next day.

The Exhibit Hall will close at 10:30 am on Friday, February 23.

  1. The exhibit hall area will be available for setting up exhibits beginning at 6:15 am on February 22, 2018. All exhibits need to be set up by 7:00 am on February 22, 2018. You do not need to arrive by 6:15 am if you booth can quickly be set up.

  3. Vendor registration fees must be paid in full by January 31, 2018 or the vendor space will be forfeited and given to the next company on the waiting list.
  4. Door Prizes: Due to CME and nursing contact hour regulations, door prizes cannot be announced or awarded in the conference room or during the educational learning time. You may conduct door prizes at your booth. We can assist by listed door prize winner’s names at the registration table.
  5. Fire laws will be strictly observed. Aisles and fire exits cannot be blocked by tables, cables, boxes, or other items.
  6. Conference participants, faculty, and exhibitors will be admitted to the exhibit area.
  7. IPP and conference host site management cannot guarantee exhibitors against loss or damage of any kind, but will endeavor to protect the exhibit area according to standard security protection. Depending on site location, exhibit area may or may not be secured.
  8. Exhibitors will be responsible for moving exhibits into and out of building. Exhibitors may not move in earlier than the designated move in time listed above.
  9. Vendor equipment/displays/shipments cannot be sent to or from JUMP.
  10. Exhibitors agree to refrain from pasting, nailing, or otherwise attaching signs or other display materials to walls, doors, backdrops, floors and carpets or other surfaces which in any way mars or defaces them. Any damages caused by the exhibit will be paid by the exhibitor.
  11. Exhibits should not project beyond the space allocation and should not obstruct the view of or interfere with other exhibits.
  12. To avoid infringing on others, all interviews, demonstrations, distribution of literature, sales promotions, and other similar activities should be conducted at the exhibitor’s table.
  13. Special written agreement must be made in advance with IPP if two or more companies or groups wish to exhibit in a single space.
  14. In order to receive a refund, written notice of cancellation must be made at least by January 31, 2018.
  15. Other than for educational materials, direct sales involving the exchange of funds in the exhibit areas by any exhibitor or their agent is prohibited.
  16. IPP will make all space assignments without preconditions and reserves the right to rearrange the floor plan and to relocate any exhibitor’s space.
  17. Infractions of these terms and conditions on the part of the exhibitor or representatives may result in dismissal from the exhibit area, in which case there will be no refund of fees.
  18. Space is leased with the understanding that IPP assumes no liability whatever for damages resulting from any act of omission or commission in connection with the exhibition of products or services. The exhibitor and its representatives hereby release Idaho Perinatal Project from any or all liabilities for loss associated with this rental of table top space, ensuing from any cause whatsoever.
  19. Full payment must be received in order to activate the contract.
